Michelle, a mother-of-two, told the Duchess about her son's love of planes, and she shared a similar sentiment.

Prince William struggled to adjust to the realities of being a new parent, Kate Middleton revealed. She said: "She was asking about what Jacob liked and he said he liked aeroplanes and she was asking if he'd seen a Spitfire and we said we liked going to the Science Museum and RAF museum".

The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Hornsey Road Children's Centre on Tuesday, where she met a single dad named Billy who is raising his 7-month-old daughter Violet alone.

Regardless of their very different circumstances, Middleton saw something familiar in the 39-year-old's situation.

Ms Shilton said Goldsmith appeared to be "panicked" and when the taxi driver challenged him over his actions, he became aggressive.

Kate had been scheduled to visit Hornsey Road Children's Centre in September, but had been forced to postpone after suffering from severe morning sickness. Kate heard specifically how Family Action - one of the charities providing support at the centre - offers perinatal mental health services.

And though there might have been a lot of interest in the coat she wore (an admittedly very nice cream one from Goat, recycled from her 2013 pregnancy with Prince George), volunteer worker Maggie Sandy said her visit had much a bigger impact.

Famous for wearing bright colours, during all her three pregnancies, Kate has worn a combination of brightly coloured dresses and coats.

As Middleton and husband Prince William are pregnant with their third child, the Duchess of Cambridge is clearly catching the imagination of the public with her stylish maternity collection, reports OK!
